Food Bank for Plant City Students

Plant City students and the United Food Bank of Plant City.

Students normally come to a Dean’s office on the PC campus and receive an emergency box of food and a food voucher to take to the Food Bank.

HCC has contacted the PC Food Bank and during these times, students just need to present their HCC ID and they can receive food once a week.

If students also need food for their families, the Food Bank will work with them for a monthly family food distribution. Students need to ask about the monthly distribution when they go to the Food Bank. The weekly food distribution is a special partnership with PC HCC for food for students.

Food Distribution:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12:00-3:30 pm, with late hours on Tuesday 12:00-6:30pm.

ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLOSE TO BE ABLE TO SIGN UP.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE ARE:

  • PC students need an HCC ID
  • Current Photo Id (Driver’s license or state ID)-needed for family distribution
  • Current proof of address in the main account holder’s name -needed for family distribution
