About HCC District Libraries Services:

District Libraries Technical Services (DLTS) is a district wide unit responsible for the oversight and management of the technical operations of HCC Libraries.  This unit manages and oversees the library collection through technical and automated service functions; develops procedures and oversees the selection of materials conducted by the campuses; oversees system-wide acquisitions, cataloging, processing, Interlibrary Loan, contracts, and Library Automation functions.  Database/e-resource subscriptions for all five campus libraries, as well as linking of all library materials, both in-house and by vendors, are also managed by this unit.

DLTS strives to provide timely acquisitions, processing, and distribution of numerous resources within established HCC budgetary parameters, guidelines, and contractual obligations.  Vendors with questions regarding campus libraries contracts, policies, and/or acquisitions are invited to contact 813-259-6058 for further information.
