District Library Technical Services (DLTS) is a district wide department responsible for the management, oversight, and direction of the technical operations and college-wide services of our five HCC Libraries. 

This department oversees HCC's five campus library collections through technical and automated service functions such as: 

• developing procedures 
• overseeing the selection of materials conducted by campuses 
• system-wide acquisitions 
• expenditures of library funds 
• campus cataloging and processing 
• Interlibrary Loans 
• library contracts 
• Library Automation functions 

• Statewide liaison for FLVC

• Database/e-resource subscriptions for all five campus libraries, working directly with all library vendors, are also managed by this unit. 

DLTS strives to provide timely acquisitions and distribution of our array of resources within established HCC budgetary parameters, guidelines, and contractual obligations.
