Search by title (you may want to search "everything" to see if any of Florida's universities and colleges have your item)
Search Africa and limit to your Library - Hillsborough /Brandon - and to "Resource type" - videos -- Resource type - videos includes DVDs
Also try search Africa and limit to ""Subject" such as Internet Videos, Documentary Films, Nonfiction Films, etc.
If you know the name of the film, search by the title of the film
