The Library will be making changes to the Databases A-Z listing page meant to improve the user experience. Please find details below:

General guidelines for the changes:

  • Unless otherwise noted, changes will be made by summer term
  • Best Bests per subject – no more than 4-5 databases- COMPLETED
  • Keep General databases (OneFile, ASC, FOD) in the General category - COMPLETED
  • Reserve assignment of Subjects categories for subject databases - COMPLETED
  • "Popular databases" on A-Z page – limit to 5, change to Most Used" - COMPLETED
  • ADA consideration change – include database descriptions (shortened versions) for all database titles (to begin immediately)
  • Test out having Ask-a-Librarian chat widget on this page - COMPLETED
