Because of our subscriptions with ProQuest, HCC Libraries is pleased to announce access to the the Coronavirus Research Database. It is linked from our Databases list and is available below:

Including coverage of the COVID-19 outbreak, this database curates openly available content related to coronaviruses. It includes thousands of open-access articles from the world’s leading publishers and will continue to grow and evolve as more is learned about the pandemic.

VitalSource and RedShelf provide free online access to textbooks

Due to the COVID-19 emergency, access to reserve textbooks in HCC Libraries is not an option. If you relied on reserve textbooks for your classes you may be able to find them using VitalSource or RedShelf. Each platform is offering access to up to seven textbooks online for free through the Spring term.
