Open Source Platforms

Disclaimer

There are free content management systems being used by libraries. Elyssa Kroski's iLibrarian blog is a good place to monitor news and reviews in this area. Also, Nora Daly, The Technolywood Librarian, does a good job of reviewing and comparing two open-source CMS platforms, Drupal and Joomla.

Update (12/15/09): I have just discovered another open-source alternative, NetVibes.
